Black Dahlia
My first large scale runway event was with Gen Art at the Shrin Auditorium. They allowed me to close the show and I gave them such a start with the insane clothing, blacked out teeth and giant puppets...the audience was copmletely confused.  Of course there were sales pieces mixed in with the show pieces, and I made quite a bit of money on this collection selling to the Japanese through Steven Alan. I was most interested in giving a PURE show.

This completely transparent pink chiffon gown also known as the Crash Kimono is embroidered with chiffon screen print appliqués sewn on with thick black wool yarn to create a dotted line pattern.

Cotton voile gown with giant Gibson Girl screen printed in black and white glitter.the assmetric pattern of this dress as well as the complex crinoline made it a favorite of stylists to borrow.  Alas, it is now missing.
