This would be one of my largest runway events as far as look counts go.  The backers insisted we have a more down-line denim collection to sell to the department stores.  Black Chandelier's denim group was an immediate strong seller going directly to the shelves of Henri Bendel and Barnys.

Melodium Screen Art

Melodium employed a dye gain screen print and every item was either garment dyed or heavily stone washed.  The dye gain prints would deposit the dye just slightly heavier on the fabric to leave a ghost of an image. Black Chandelier's premier was an apt beginning for a label that would become sought out for prints.
